TekNexus

Meet Glory Olamigoke – Founder, TekNexus Africa. Ecosystem Enabler. Institutional Builder & Product Leader

The Vision Behind TekNexus Africa

I built TekNexus Africa because I saw a massive gap between people who want to break into tech and professionals who actually know how to ship market-ready products.

Most training programs teach theory. But tech isn’t just about writing code; it’s about developing skills that help us build solutions to the most critical problems around us. I wanted to build a career hub rooted in real-world global standards. Today, TekNexus has grown into a community of over 5,000 tech professionals across 10+ countries—accelerating product managers, designers, growth marketers, and engineers through the exact same high-value mentorship frameworks required to survive in top-tier companies.

TekNexus is the direct execution arm of my career as an institutional builder, product lead, and 3x founder. Through our Elite Apprenticeship Program (TAP), Group Monthly Mentorship Sessions, Summit or Project Teams (For Internships), we have directly supported over 5000 early and middle stage tech professionals across the world with many testimonials.

Financial Infrastructure & Product Leadership

My daily execution centers on managing critical banking architecture that handles the economic reality of tens of millions of citizens:

Moniepoint: As Product Lead, I manage core financial infrastructure powering daily transactions for tens of millions of businesses and consumers across the African market.

Kuda: Before this, I led core banking infrastructure, scaling the underlying payment and infrastructure networks for millions of retail and business accounts.

National Innovation & Enterprise Programs

A thriving tech ecosystem requires a structured bridge between capital, policy, and startup and enterprise. To build that bridge, I co-founded Tech Revolution Africa.

Tech Revolution Africa: As Co-Founder, I grew our flagship conference into a pan-African gathering for 7,000+ founders, investors, and state policymakers, personally managing core corporate partnerships with global giants like Huawei, MTN Nigeria, Equinix (Main One), Sterling Bank, Coralpay, and Ligadata.

Connect NextGen Hackathon Program: Alongside Ericsson and the Federal Government of Nigeria, I co-created the Connect NextGen National Hackathon. Launched at the Presidential Villa with the Office of the Vice President, I designed and executed the operational framework to vet and shortlist 80 enterprise-ready startups and led the accelerator program to scale founders leveraging 5G, AI, and IoT across multiple industries.

NITDA / The Builders Festival: I orchestrated a strategic national partnership with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) to design and run The Builders Festival—a direct pipeline that allows massive corporate enterprises to channel real operational bottlenecks straight to vetted tech startups.

Venture Execution & Global Impact

To ensure I stay grounded in what it takes to build a product from scratch, I operate a global product agency alongside my ecosystem work:

Cleonify: Founded as a product development agency, Cleonify has designed, built, and successfully deployed technical MVPs for over 100 startups across the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Africa.

When I am not managing tech infrastructure or designing national frameworks, I share practical product insights on mainstages like Art of Technology (AOT) Lagos, mentor on local and international startup accelerator panels, and write as a published author.

I built TekNexus Africa to raise the next generation of complete tech leaders, whether they build the product, design the experience, or drive the growth. Everything I have learned at the highest level is hard-coded into this platform.
